arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules if informal negotiations fail. You
and YourQuiz are each waiving the right to sue in court, have a trial by jury, or participate in a class action. However,
either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from the courts specified in the section below to protect
the party's rights or property while arbitration is pending. Except as otherwise required by the arbitration rules or
applicable law, each party will bear its own legal fees and costs.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
